We’re now closed for the 2021 season, it’s been magical to have everyone back again and we’re looking forward to reopening on the 28th of April 2022.
We’ll be making our calendar live again from November for next season, just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to receive a message when this happens so that you can get first choice of pitches and dates.
Farewell for now x
Truly the best campsite! Each pitch has its own feel, and they’re all lovely little plots cut into the big meadows of wildflowers. We like to stay on nature’s way, as it’s so peaceful. James and Emma are the best, genuinely friendly and so helpful. Can’t recommend enough, it’ll be your new favourite place!

We’ve really loved our stay at Birds and Bees for so many reasons! Beautiful peaceful location, loads of exploring for kids, with amazing facilities that have clearly been well thought out. Such a fantastic 3 days in the area and so close to lovely places for days out. James and Emma are such lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely stay again and spread the word! Honestly is one of the best campsites I’ve stayed at!

We had a brilliantly interesting morning at the campsite yesterday as Vivia from Sciapod Dairy came to tour a lovely group of guests around the meadows and hedgerows, we discovered all sorts of treats, tales and mysteries. Thanks so much to Vivia for her endless expertise and enthusiasm on the subject, thanks also to everyone that came along the feedback from grown ups & children alike has been so positive and we are looking forward to hosting another Foraging event in the early Autumn when nature will provide us with a whole host of new discoveries

We’re lucky enough to qualify as a ‘Recommended by Cool Camping’ site based on the reviews left by our Birds & Bees Lovelies, so thank you for all the positive feedback you’re all stars!
