Coronavirus Provisions Guide

Underline

We’re all in this together and at Birds & Bees we’re really looking forward to welcoming you to our little nature paradise.

We’ve now experienced 2 seasons operating under some level of Covid restrictions and although we don’t know exactly what the 2022 season will bring we expect to have everything as close to normal as possible.

We’ve streamlined our Covid Guide while maintaining some simple things for peace of mind. This guide is in addition to our Campers Notes (Ts & Cs) which we ask you to agree with before booking and/or visiting with us.

Some requests for our lovely guests

Underline
    • Social distancing between households is advised while on site.

    • Children 5 years and under to always be accompanied by an adult when away from your chosen pitch.

    • Hand sanitiser dispensers will be conveniently located around the site to use at your discretion.

    • It goes without saying that you must not arrive on site with any contagious illness but if any member of your pitch develops symptoms related to the current pandemic you must return home as soon as possible, if this means your stay is cut short we will provide a credit for the remaining time for another visit at a later date.

Whilst on site

Underline
    • We have 3 shower rooms and 1 kitchen, we’ve been advised that only members of the same pitch/household may use the same room together, for this reason we will be making all of our toilet & shower facilities unisex for this season.

    • Try to use the facilities as a group from your pitch as this will ease the flow of the facilities, this includes the kitchen, outside fridges and recycle point.

    • If you are visiting us with friends or family from another household staying on separate pitches please abide by the Government Guidelines when outdoors, which are available on the Government website: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
