Coronavirus Provisions Guide

We’re all in this together and at Birds & Bees we’re really looking forward to welcoming you to our little nature paradise.

We’ve now experienced 2 seasons operating under some level of Covid restrictions and although we don’t know exactly what the 2022 season will bring we expect to have everything as close to normal as possible.

We’ve streamlined our Covid Guide while maintaining some simple things for peace of mind. This guide is in addition to our Campers Notes (Ts & Cs) which we ask you to agree with before booking and/or visiting with us.

Some requests for our lovely guests

    • Social distancing between households is advised while on site.

    • Children 5 years and under to always be accompanied by an adult when away from your chosen pitch.

    • Hand sanitiser dispensers will be conveniently located around the site to use at your discretion.

    • It goes without saying that you must not arrive on site with any contagious illness but if any member of your pitch develops symptoms related to the current pandemic you must return home as soon as possible, if this means your stay is cut short we will provide a credit for the remaining time for another visit at a later date.

Whilst on site

    • We have 3 shower rooms and 1 kitchen, we’ve been advised that only members of the same pitch/household may use the same room together, for this reason we will be making all of our toilet & shower facilities unisex for this season.

    • Try to use the facilities as a group from your pitch as this will ease the flow of the facilities, this includes the kitchen, outside fridges and recycle point.

    • If you are visiting us with friends or family from another household staying on separate pitches please abide by the Government Guidelines when outdoors, which are available on the Government website: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

We'll be reopening the...

      • Reception will be open again, providing a place to plan your day, information about the local area and access to our Honey Pot (honesty shop)
      • The Honey Pot will be open again, supplying our own luxury Suffolk Meadow Ice Cream along with delicious local BBQ goodies and other little bits and bobs!
      • Our much loved and missed Tree Bog (composting loo) will be reopened this season, which will make those night time trips much more convenient.
      • We’ll be providing toilet paper again in the main building but please bring your own for the Tree Bog, thank you.

For our cancellation policy please check our Campers Notes.

Still like to come and stay?

Please rest assured that we will be following the Government guidelines as they develop, however we may keep some of our precautions in place to keep our lovely guests and ourselves as safe as possible.

If all of this sounds okay then please feel free to visit our Booking Page to search availability, just get in touch if you need any help or have further questions.

Thank You!
